Refund

Quran Time Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: A full refund is available if the student withdraws before the commencement of classes.

• No Refund After Class Begins: Once classes are confirmed and the student has attended at least one class, no refund will be issued.

• Refund for Service Failure: If, for any reason on our part, we are unable to provide the classes after the fee has been paid, a refund will be issued, minus a processing fee.

• Class Suspension: If a student needs to pause their classes, the remaining balance may be transferred to the following month’s classes only.

• Refund Limits: If the refund amount exceeds the paid fee, no refund will be provided in such cases.
