By enrolling in Quran classes at Quran Time, either for yourself or your child, you agree to the following terms:

1. All classes are recorded for quality purposes. If you’re not comfortable with this, please let us know. This is also explained in our privacy policy.
2. After completing the free trial, you’ll need to decide whether to continue. If you choose to continue, you must pay the fee in advance during the last week of each month for the following month. If payment isn’t made on time, classes will be paused.
3. If payment is overdue by more than 7 days without a valid reason, Quran Time reserves the right to cancel classes.
4. If you need to pause classes and later wish to resume with the same teacher and time, you’ll need to pay the full fee to reserve your slot.
5. Any absences are considered paid time, and there will be no make-up classes for those absences. If you’re absent for more than 5 days, make-up classes may not be possible, as the teacher may not be available.
6. If a student misses a class without prior notice (except for emergencies), no make-up class will be offered. Make-up classes may be arranged if possible, based on teacher availability.
7. If you need to cancel a class, please inform us via call/text or email at least 6 hours before the class to arrange a make-up session.
8. Quran Time can cancel classes if a student misses more than two weeks without notice. No refunds will be given in such cases.
9. Never share personal information, like phone numbers, emails, or credit card details, with teachers. Quran Time is not responsible for any misuse.
10. Quran Time may change teachers at any time for quality reasons.
11. If a teacher resigns or is terminated, we will be assigned a new teacher. You should not contact the previous teacher directly, as Quran Time is not responsible for any issues resulting from such contact.
12. Quran Time may increase fees by 6-7% each year, typically at the end of the calendar year.
13. Do not discuss payments or personal information with teachers. Quran Time is not responsible for any issues that arise from such discussions.
14. Fees may vary based on our current policies and terms.
15. Eid holidays are paid leave for teachers, and these holidays are included in the monthly fee. There will be no make-up classes or refunds for these holidays.
16. Quran Time may update its terms and conditions at any time, and these updates will be posted on our website.
17. These terms apply to all students.
